So how many of you just love to schedule!?!  Not I said the public school slp!!! So here's what I do, any one who knows me knows that I love to use Excel! At the beginning of the school year I have to create a class report with all of my students and their information (in excel, of course) ... so, I use that information on another "sheet" and sort it based on the times that I can pull them (i.e. once out of pe and once out of computer lab)...once they are sorted (by a click of the button) I can begin inserting those little darlings into open time slots. Now, this is not to say it doesn't take me at least a few hours to have my schedule together, but it DOES save SOME time! In any case, this what Holly, Anna and I use for our schedules.
